Shipping Policy

Rates, processing, and delivery for research orders.

Rates

Shipping is a $10 flat rate per order. Orders over $200 (after any discount) ship free.

Processing

Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and we will follow up by email once your order ships.

Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Contents are labeled with the compound and quantity for laboratory identification.

Delivery issues

If a package is delayed, damaged, or arrives incorrect, email support@biopepsresearch.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
