Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Because these are research materials, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

If tracking shows no movement or a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will open a claim and reship or refund the order.
